We’re looking for people who are passionate about a career in one of the most interesting, demanding industries out there. Candidates who have a record of achievement and clearly demonstrate the passion, drive, commitment and reliability needed to be a REACH Apprentice.
We require apprentices to have achieved 2 GCSEs or equivalent for trade apprenticeships and at least 5 GCSEs A*- C in Science, Maths and English (or equivalent) for management trainee apprenticeships.

Carry out all hard and soft landscape. Prepare the ground, seed lawns, plant and prune trees. Install features like paving, paths & water features.
Constructing wood structures such as roofs and floors. Second fix work, including skirting boards, architraves and doors.
Constructing walls from masonry. This could be in brick, stone or block.
Preparation and decoration of building interiors using paint, wallpaper and other decorative finishes.
The installations of kitchens and bathrooms and wardrobes.
Service, maintenance and repairs of lifts installation and testing mechanical engineering.
Building internal walls using plasterboard panels. Work would involve two stages; a ‘fixing' stage, followed by a ‘finishing' stage.
Steel fixers install and tie together the steel bars and mesh used to strengthen concrete during construction.
Design, build, supervise, operate and maintain construction projects including roads, buildings and systems for water supply.
Coordination and work flow of all technical information on a live project throughout the development cycle from design, planning, delivery to completion.
Cover walls and floors with tiles, on jobs ranging from tiling a kitchen or bathroom to fitting out a shop, hotel or restaurant. Some tilers also carry out specialist work for instance swimming pools and mosaic walls found in garden landscaping.
Application of any material used to cover the floor of a room, such as a carpet and vinyl.
A fundamental part of business operations. Undertaking a variety of administrative skills.
Application of material to provide an external seal to a building and enhance the appearance.
Preparation of sub-surfaces for the start of construction work. Groundworks are usually one of the first stages of a construction project.
